Quality control fractionated extract was conducted using reversed-phase HPLC based on two active markers: curcumin. Toxicity tests were OECD guidelines (50–2000 mg/kg). Inhibition zone, MIC, MBC values hexane fraction C. showed equivalent activity positive (p > 0.05). No swelling, redness, or rashes observed injection area study. Treatment 40, 80, 160 mg/kg significantly decreased sweat excretion up 79.34% < 0.05) after 15 min compared negative control. Histopathology analysis reduced size secretory units plantar glands post treatment In conclusion, able reduce model inhibit growth causing odour.
